PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Outpatient practice - no inpatient / hospitalist coverage required
• Highly engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 2 MD's and 5 advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.
• Great mentorship available
• Terrific opportunity to work with local sports teams
• Leadership / Medical Director opportunity
• Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery also on site
• Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center within clinic
• Work schedule : 36 patient contact hours a week
• Clinic patients average 16-18 / day
• Additional outreach opportunities available
