Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Government Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, training, and strategic direction to clinical staff

Assist with fiscal management, including budgeting and program trending

Lead the development and maintenance of clinical programs and ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required

5 years of clinical experience or clinical / managed care pharmacy residency plus three years of clinical experience required

Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, and managed care principles desired

Ability to support compliance program objectives

Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
