1 : 6 General GI Call - Manageable and sustainable call schedule

Uncapped Earning Potential - No RVU ceiling; physician-driven income with rapidly expanding program

Dedicated Full-Time NP Support - Each GI has their own clinic-based NP to maximize procedural volume

Focus on Procedures - Minimal clinic time; spend most of your day in the endo suite
