About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for New Business Development in North America. This pivotal role is focused on leading the strategy and execution of new business growth, with a strong emphasis on shaping the approach to the most competitive industry opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the business development strategy, orchestrating major client pursuits, and building a high-performing business development organization. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in leading and winning complex RFPs for large enterprise clients. The role requires a deep understanding of how data and technology influence decision-making, particularly in FMCG, retail, and adjacent industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive presence, storytelling ability, and the capacity to translate analytics into strategic, commercial narratives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. Leadership competencies such as achievement motivation, strategic thinking, and resilience are also key qualifications for this position.
