Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our Calabasas office. This is a fully onsite position, responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for legal professionals across various practice areas. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in legal recruiting and a strong understanding of the legal industry, hiring practices, and talent market.
This role is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top legal talent while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal roles (but not only), including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring an efficient and professional candidate experience
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and manage the offer process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and job boards
- Stay up to date with legal industry trends and competitive hiring practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of legal recruiting experience, either in-house or with a legal staffing agencyIn-depth knowledge of legal roles, terminology, and industry hiring standardsProven ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsStrong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationProficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing toolsBachelor's degree preferredWork Environment
This position is fully onsite at our Calabasas, CA office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PMCompensation & Benefits
