Growth Engineer at Handoff In this role, youll contribute across the stack, shipping features that directly impact activation, onboarding, and retention. Youll collaborate closely with product, design, and growth teams to rapidly test, measure, and iterate on experiments that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. This is an opportunity to apply your engineering skills beyond core product work, bringing a growth mindset to building utilities, integrations, and experiments that support our product-led growth strategy.

What youll do

• Build features and prototypes across web and mobile to validate ideas quickly.
• Translate winning experiments into production-ready features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
• Integrate with CRM / marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) to support RevOps workflows, lead management, and onboarding experiments.
• Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements and ensure that our solutions deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
