Job descriptionAssist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and organizing the clients space. Monitor and record vital signs, remind clients to take medications, and maintain medical documentation as needed. Help with mobility and transfer of clients using proper techniques and equipment. Provide emotional support and communication with clients. Follow care plans and instructions from medical professionals. Perform errands or provide transportation as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients. Ability to adapt to the specific needs of each client, including those with special needs or medical conditions. Long-term care. Short-term care. Home Care : 1 year (preferred). CNA License or HHA Certificate (required). All continuing professional education requirements. Miami-Dade, Florida (required). Broward, Florida (required). Pembroke, Florida (preferred).
