Construction Gutter Installer Supervisor

Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate daily activities of gutter installation crews Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards Train and mentor new and existing installers on best practices and safety procedures Inspect work sites before, during, and after installation to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and tools Report daily progress and project updates to management 3+ years of experience in gutter installation (seamless preferred) 12 years of supervisory or crew lead experience in construction or a related trade Knowledge of various gutter systems and installation techniques Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Valid drivers license and clean driving record (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights Comfortable working in various weather conditions Bilingual (English / Spanish) Experience with aluminum, copper, and steel gutter systems Familiarity with downspout and drainage system design Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Use of ladders, scaffolding, and roofing equipment Physical labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods Competitive pay and performance bonuses Supportive team culture Opportunities for advancement Training and development programs

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter installation, team management, and job site coordination.
