Location : SF or Palo Alto Team : R&D Agentic Systems & Tooling About the Role We are seeking experienced full-stack engineers to join our technical staff. As part of the R&D team, you'll work across multiple high-impact projects that advance the frontier of AI training, evaluation, and enterprise applications. This is a chance to join a fast-moving team building production-grade systems that combine cutting-edge AI with real-world usability. What You'll Work On You will not be hired for a single project instead, you'll contribute across a portfolio of exciting initiatives, including : developing agents that generate synthetic data or review human-generated data; building real-world reinforcement learning environments for model training and evaluation; delivering end-to-end agentic solutions for enterprise customers; developing internal tooling that enables humans and AI agents to collaborate at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end systems spanning both front-end and back-end components.
• Develop scalable infrastructure to support agentic workflows, data pipelines, and evaluation.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Own projects from design through deployment with a strong focus on reliability and usability.
