About The Position
Seeking Critical Care APPs for Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, Virginia for locum coverage.
Echo Locum Tenens is a direct affiliate of Sound Physicians, offering priority scheduling ahead of locum agencies. Enjoy flexible shifts with no minimum requirements, competitive pay, covered travel and lodging, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and full-service credentialing, logistics, payroll, and licensing support.
Program details :
- Shifts available : NIGHTS – 7 pm to 7 am
- Credentials accepted : APP – NPs and PAs with Critical Care experience
- APPs need to be highly comfortable with high-acuity patients / procedures.
- Procedural requirements : For initial appointment, the provider must be able to provide case logs showing a minimum of 15 central lines, 15 arterial lines, 5 hemodialysis lines and 25 intubations in the past 24 month.
- APPs need to be able to work independently with an Intensivist on-call as backup.
- Beds : 28 ICU beds, mix of Cardiac and Medical
- Setting : Inpatient
- Patient Mix : Med % / Surg % / Trauma % - Mostly divided into Cardiac and Medical
- Adult / Peds : 100% / 0%
