This is a remote position.

The Records Clerk at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate and organized records. This position is responsible for ensuring that all documents are systematically filed, updated, and easily retrievable to support the company’s operations in the Outsourcing / Offshoring industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills to contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our document management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that all records are accurately filed, cataloged, and accessible for retrieval by authorized personnel.
  • Conduct regular audits of records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and statistical data related to record-keeping.
  • Support the implementation of new records management systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of documentation and information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Proven experience in records management or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information correctly.
