Ram Commercial - Technical Manager

Stellantis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Vehicle (CV) Technical Manager to lead the technical aspects related to multi-brand programs for our Commercial Vehicle (CV) portfolio in North America. This role is critical in delivering best-in-class technical service to our commercial customers, ensuring seamless integration and performance of upfit solutions, and driving innovation in CV-specific features. This job directly supports upfitters, dealers, engineering, service, and sales / marketing, by resolving technical issues or questions in real time.

Job duties to include, but not limited to, the following functions :

• Lead Technical Support Operations for commercial vehicles, ensuring timely and effective resolution of field issues.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Stellantis and key stakeholders including upfitters, dealers, engineering, service, and sales / marketing teams.
• Provide real-time technical guidance to support vehicle modifications, diagnostics, and service-related inquiries.
• Champion Customer Satisfaction by delivering proactive solutions and maintaining high service standards.
• Conduct Industry Benchmarking to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation in commercial vehicle offerings.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to implement CV-specific features that meet evolving industry demands.
• Support Sales and Marketing Initiatives by providing technical expertise and insights into product capabilities and limitations.
