This role is a key contributor within our Finance team, responsible for delivering insightful reporting and analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and helping drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Report and analyze monthly financial performance with focus on Gross Profit & EBITDA
• Analyze product line margins and profitability to determine optimum product mix
• Compare and analyze actual results with budget and forecasts
• Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics tracking
• Develop and enhance BI reporting
• Analyze and initiate KPIs for the business
• Prepare content for ongoing leadership reviews
• Support process changes / improvements, system implementations
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Lead cross functional projects
• Assist with monthly journal entry and financial close process, as needed
• Support senior leadership and complete special projects as needed
