Commercial Concrete Foreman

General description :

The Foreman will be the lead over a crew and provide essential support to the superintendent. You will be responsible for assisting with scheduling and running a portion of the project.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with submitting timecards for field personnel.
• Layout and verify dimensions for panels and slabs.
• Organize job duties for the carpenters.
• Collaborate with the superintendent on daily job needs.
• Collaborate with the superintendent on materials and tools needed daily.
• Be able to work with tools while providing direction to the crew.
• Provides solutions should adjustments need to be made during construction
• Provide directions for the erection of tilt panels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of paperwork.
