MicroTech Systems is looking for an Account Executive - Outside Sales to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The Account Executive will sell products and services to new clients, focusing on increasing revenue by finding and closing new business. Responsibilities include making cold calls, following up on marketing leads, and researching potential clients. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong multitasking and follow-up skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Client support and networking – Build and maintain a network to identify new sales leads. Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly. Respond to issues during the sales cycle and stay in contact with potential clients about new products and services.
- Reporting – Keep daily records of sales activities, including calls, sales, and issues encountered.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)2+ years of sales experience (preferred)Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with CRM software (preferred)Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and professional appearanceAbility to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-levelProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travelMicroTech Systems is a Managed Service Provider committed to security and integrity.
