Registered Nurse Float Team

$15,000 Bonus eligible!!!

In addition to the standard differential pay, you are entitled to a 10% premium differential for all hours worked while on orientation. Upon successful completion of orientation, you premium differential rate will be bumped up to 40%.

As a nurse at Elliot Hospital, you have many options to practice throughout our 296-bed acute care facility. The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depending on a nurse’s professional interests, certifications, and experience level.

About The Job

The RN Float Team Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.

Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
