Position Details
Provide excellent customer service to help facilitate a positive and efficient experience for people accessing and participating in Mental Health and Substance Use services, as well as employees providing those services. Responsibilities include responding to phone calls, receiving and directing clients, data entry, retrieval and organization, and coordinating workflows across programs. Success is achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships, communication, and organization.
