Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain API-based integrations between cloud platforms, on-premise systems, midrange applications, and mainframe environments.
• Validate and monitor data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including failures, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
• Work with legacy systems such as Cherwell and ensure seamless connectivity with modern applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and implement solutions.
• Support and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and state-specific systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, workflows, and testing plans.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards during integration activities.
