OB Hospitalist Opportunity in Arkansas

Join a supportive, mission-aligned hospital setting serving a regional population. This full-time OB Hospitalist role offers consistent in-house shifts, strong neonatology collaboration, and access to advanced maternal services. Connect with us today to learn more!

Practice Overview

OB Hospitalist group with 1 full-time and 3 part-time Laborists, plus backup from 5 OB / GYNs in traditional practice
Supported by 4 NPs staffed 24 / 7, in-house OB anesthesia, and 4 pediatric hospitalists for consults
NICU and OB ED on the same floor with centralized fetal monitoring and a strong bereavement team

Schedule

Eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month, scheduled with the group

Additional shifts available at premium pay

No outpatient clinic duties; fully hospital-based focus

Neonatology present at all premature or high-risk deliveries;no universal delivery attendance required

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary is $437,760

Extra shifts compensated; ACO shared savings potential

Tail coverage provided; relocation / sign-on / student loan assistance available

Full suite of benefits, plus $3,500 annual CME allowance and licensing fee reimbursement
