Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

Location : Greenbrae, CA

Schedule : 5 days / week, 8 hours / day (40 hours total)

Rate : $2,500 / week

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (possibility of extension)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team in Greenbrae. You will provide patient-centered care to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life following injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on strategies for daily living and rehabilitation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements :

California Occupational Therapist license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
