Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Your Role :

Oversee an array of technology initiatives, managing a team skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to design solutions that address regulatory requirements.

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest tech trends, engaging with technology communities, mentoring fellow engineers, and occasionally contributing to coding or code reviews.

Partner with digital product managers to deliver impactful cloud-based solutions, empowering millions of Americans to achieve their financial goals.

Utilize a variety of programming languages and technologies including JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and a wide range of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not count).

At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree.

9+ years of experience in languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

3+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.

7+ years of leadership experience.

2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
