Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Our client, a growing 170-person insurance group based in Dallas, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to help develop this firm’s BA function including implementing various AI tools as well as creating various dashboards, reporting, and implementing other projects across the organization. This role will report to the President of the company and work with stakeholders across the firm. The firm is expected to continue adding staff into this function so it’s a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help build out the function.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as business, systems, AI analyst.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Deep competency in AI arena – Outmarket or similar software a plus
• Strong SQL skills are a must.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting.
