Senior Project Designer

We are seeking a talented

• Senior Project Designer
• to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in design projects, collaborate closely with discerning clients, and work alongside the firm's leadership. • Key Responsibilities :
• Partner with the Principal to define and establish the design direction for each project.
• Develop schematic plans, elevations, and conceptual layouts.
• Produce comprehensive construction documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OSE (Operating Supplies & Equipment) specifications.
• Source, select, and price interior materials and furnishings in collaboration with the Principal.
• Effectively communicate design intent and details to builders, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
• In-depth knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for architecture and interior design, with an eye for sophistication and livability.
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Required Experience & Skills :
• Minimum of 7 years of post-college experience in interior design or architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
