Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Production Data Entry Clerk will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our inventory and finished goods on hand are accurate. This position requires great attention to detail, as well as good record keeping. Successful applicants will need data entry experience, while working with an ERP system is a plus. Be able to work efficiently in a high pace work environment, and work effectively with minimal supervision. This role will be essential to the plant operations ability to track and maintain finished products and operational efficiency. By demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and a commitment to precision, a production data entry clerk can significantly impact the success of the shipping and warehouse department.

Responsibilities

• Physical verification of finished goods, entering of correct data for production credit and finished goods through our ERP systems
• Auditing and checking finished goods entries to ensure inventory accuracy
• Final line of defense for quality checklist to release items for shipping
• Assist shipping and warehouse department when needed with data entry
• Record all scrap data and monitoring of HFI materials
• Aide and assist on the cycle counting of material throughout the month
• Aide and assist during month end inventory
• Proper documentation and record keeping of all entries into production
• Responsible for ensuring general housekeeping of work area and department is to standard.
