Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy approaches that empower them to reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches : Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, thorough care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to encourage ongoing improvement at home
• Track Progress and Outcomes : Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure patients remain on track
