Department & Equipment

Staff : 40+ techs; only 3rd shift works alone (requires CT / X-ray trained tech).

Imaging Rooms & Equipment :

X-ray : 7 rooms (Phillips, Toshiba, Cannon, TRAD, Carestream)

C-Arms : 3

CT : 2 units

MRI : 1 GE Optima 450w (wide bore)

Ultrasound : 4 units (1 Samsung, 3 Philips)

Nuclear Medicine : 1

Mammography : 2

Average Exam Volume :

MRI : 12–14 exams / day (45-min schedule)

Mammo : 15-min schedule

X-ray / CT / US : Routine community-based caseload

Contrast injections required for CT and MRI

Unit Requirements

Floating : Yes — within Radiology (Fluoro, OR, off-sites, etc.)

Surgery : Yes (for X-ray techs)

Fluoroscopy : Yes

OB / GYN Chaperone : Provided for male techs for transvaginal exams

Scheduling

8-hour shifts; posted schedule

No self-scheduling

Weekends : On-call rotation depending on modality

US & MRI on-call : Sat / Sun / Holiday 8a–12p every 4th–5th weekend

Call : Required

Shoes : Closed-toe, nonslip

Travel Assignment Details

Length : 16–32 weeks

Travel Rate : $115

Radius Rate : $110 (51–100 miles)

$105 (50 miles or less)

SONO Position Requirements :

RVT + ARDMS (AB or OB)

2+ years experience

General US + some vascular

EPIC experience within last 2 years (non-negotiable)

Must work 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)

Other Requirements :

Must be flexible with schedule

No block scheduling

Biweekly orientations (next : 1 / 19)

Employment gaps >

90 days must be explained

Must have complete work history (bed count, EMR, etc.)
