We are Hiring : Registered Nurses (RNs) in Minnesota – Assisted Living

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical support to residents in an assisted living setting.
  • Perform resident assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established standards and protocols.
  • Monitor resident health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
  • Ensure documentation meets all regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Support and mentor caregiving staff to promote teamwork and continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement and infection control initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with professionalism and care.
