Environmental Services Manager 2

Sodexo has an opening for an Environmental Services Manager 2. This facility is a private, not-for-profit 238 bed hospital in Burlington, NC that will oversee a team of 35. Alamance Regional provides healthcare to residents of Alamance County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. This role will be responsible for employee engagement and development of a service culture, as we begin to manage the EVS department at this hospital. This role will support Second Shift (2 : 00pm start time) with a weekend rotation as business needs dictate.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• Support an inclusive workforce.
