Sales Manager

Our Sales Managers help to ensure incremental sales above and beyond community plan, ensure Sales Consultants meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and provide on-site skills development for Sales Consultants in the areas of sales contracting, conversion rate and decrease cancellation rate. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and / or a minimum of five years' new homes sales experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. K.
