Experienced Professionals : Bring your Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge and expertise to our team.Clean Driving Record : A valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record are essential.Physical Strength : Able to lift up to 50-100lbs as needed.Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills are a must to interact effectively with customers and team members.Professionalism : A professional appearance and a positive personality are crucial.Punctuality : Must be on time all the time to maintain our high standards of service.Willingness to Learn : Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.Flexibility : Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.Your Role :
Installation Expertise : Install refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems with precision and care.Efficiency : Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain an adequate stock of necessary equipment.Customer Interaction : Collect payment and / or payment information from customers for work performed.Vehicle Maintenance : Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.Documentation : Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.Versatility : Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.Why Wait?
