Business Development Manager – Ridgeland, MS
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Track cash flow
- Lead financial planning
- Analyze the company's strengths and weaknesses, proposing corrective actions when necessary
- Perform quality assurance, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
- Schedule land closings and bank loans
- Coordinate with investors on a regular basis to keep them informed
- Prepare and schedule important deadlines
- Drive projects and take initiative
- Seek new business opportunities and expand the company's market share and revenue
- Recruit, manage, and mentor the development team and other staff
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Develop networks towards sourcing for new clients
- Liaise with members of staff to ensure top-level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow-up to delivery and needs assessment
- Meet timelines on all aspects of pre-development from land closing to financing.
Skills :
