About the Role :
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) plays a crucial role in supporting the occupational therapy team in delivering high-quality care to residents at Chatuge Regional Nursing Home. The primary objective of this position is to assist residents in achieving their maximum level of independence and improving their quality of life through therapeutic activities. The OTA will work closely with licensed occupational therapists to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.
