Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across various business functions including Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both established and emerging roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role scope and develop hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
Experience in hiring for diverse role types including sales and business operations
Ability to navigate ambiguity and recruit for evolving roles
Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to improve hiring outcomes
