What You Will Do :

• Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes.
• Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance.
