Revenue Audit Analyst

The Revenue Audit Analyst is responsible for evaluating disputed credit card transactions. This role involves investigating disputes, communicating with the field team, identifying potential fraud, and validating chargebacks as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle credit card disputes and chargebacks.
• Correspond with regional and field employees.
• Perform special projects as required by management.
• Produce monthly reports.

The position is based in a very nice office located in downtown Hartford. Employees benefit from free parking in one of their lots, located about a block away from the Gold Building. The company has a recognizable presence in the local market and collaborates with local sports teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
