Schedule : Full Time

Shift : Days 7am-7pm 3 - 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend required

Unit Summary : \n \n\n \n

Our 45 (private) bed unit focuses on caring for Acute level patients with various diagnosis. We have a diverse, collaborative and teamwork centered team. We currently are at a 5 : 1 nurse / patient ratio and have support staff of PCT, Nurse Techs & LPNs. We have a unit educator who ensures our staff maintains unit required CEUs and is also a great resource to our staff and management. We have daily Energizers as a quick method of communication to staff of important system and campus specific news / updates. This is a great time to join our team as we just transitioned to EPIC - our charting system & have the rover technology for communication and documentation on the go!

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
