About The Role

We’re looking for a self-starting generalist marketer who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and build a high-performing growth engine from the ground up. As Marketing Manager at PsychPlus, you’ll manage a dedicated growth agency to execute across multiple channels—paid search, paid social, SEO, and CRO. You will be instrumental in launching foundational programs, creating test-and-learn frameworks, and identifying high-leverage opportunities to accelerate patient acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to all aspects of performance marketing, brand marketing, and growth operations. You should be eager to learn, unafraid to take initiative, and capable of independently managing projects while working cross-functionally with design, operations, clinical, and agency partners. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on how thousands of people find and access mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns : Help launch and iterate on paid search and social campaigns with agency support—develop creative briefs, set up campaigns, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.
  • Support SEO and website growth : Collaborate with our agency and content partners to improve organic traffic through on-page SEO, blog content, and technical recommendations.
  • Build CRO foundations : Help establish A / B testing protocols, implement basic conversion tracking, and propose website improvements that boost lead conversion.
  • Track results and share insights : Build reports, synthesize performance data, and suggest tactical changes based on campaign results and learnings.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a startup, agency, or high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with pulling and interpreting performance data
  • Proactive and independent work ethic—you thrive when given ownership and autonomy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for content and brief development
  • Passion for mental health care and making a meaningful impact on people’s lives

    Additional Information

    The expected base pay for this role will be between $80,000 to $120,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
