Salary : $90K-$120K + Benefits
We're a luxury home builder based in the Hamptons, specializing in custom builds valued at $20 million and above. Our projects combine architectural ambition, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to create one-of-a-kind residences across the East End.
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Southampton. The right person will be hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of key parts of the build process while learning from experienced project leaders.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination on active job sites
- Help manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Keep communication flowing between clients, architects, and the build team
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on-site
- Assist in tracking materials, inspections, and change orders
