About Us :

We are a leading mechanical contracting company serving commercial and industrial clients across the region. Known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and collaboration, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project management team.

Position Overview :

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support a team of Project Managers by ensuring projects stay on track, organized, and well-documented from start to finish. This role requires a tech-savvy, highly organized professional who can effectively manage project documentation, timelines, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with project management tools are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and manage project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Maintain and update project management software and digital tracking tools.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new project team members.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement across the project management function.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For :

Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Smartsheet, Fieldwire or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role preferred.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Office-based role.
  • Standard business hours, with flexibility during high-demand project periods.
  • What We Offer :

  • Competitive salary : $55,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
