Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology Practice at M Health Fairview Specialty Clinic in Maplewood, MN and M Health Fairview Clinic in Woodbury, MN. Conveniently located adjacent to St. Paul M Health Fairview Specialty Clinic Maplewood and M Health Fairview Clinic - Woodwinds offers comprehensive care with primary and specialty services.

Practice Details :

• Openings : 1.0 FTE
• Monday Friday

hours dependent on preference and patient needs, clinic is open 8-4 : 30 pm Monday through Friday
