• Full-time, permanent position
• Each Physician will have dedicated RN
• Certificate of Need (CON) was approved for PCI / Interventional, state approved : Renovation is under way with build out 2nd Cath Lab
• Medical center was transferring out per year, now staying at medical center : 120 STEMIs; 50 CABGs
• Leverage the DHN Duke health Network can get STEMI call at DHN facility in Laurinburg, NC
• 4-6+ weeks out on new patients
• Globus Celsius robot
• Hospitalist group handles all admissions
• Stress test and echoes done in the Cardiac Care clinic
• Cath Lab 500 cases (s / w Barb Gibson)
• 24+ / - patients per day
• 4.5 day clinic / .5 half day admin
• APPs see established and hospital follow up Compensation :
• Compensation is and will be working off MGMA median
• Base 1-3 years then RVU
• RELO : travel location expense
• CME : 5 days & 3K
