Job description

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate to provide exceptional service and support to its members.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service by ensuring members feel heard and valued

Manage high call volumes while maintaining performance targets and service quality

Resolve member inquiries and issues creatively, adhering to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma and 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience

Minimum two years of customer service experience required

Minimum one year of Contact Center experience preferred

Proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
