Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Event Specialist to join our team and play a key role in planning executing and promoting a variety of this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from conception to completion ensuring that each event meets our high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events including venue selection catering and transportation.
• Develop event themes and concepts that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels including social media and newsletters.
• Create and manage event budgets ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial limitations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors sponsors and partners for effective event implementation.
• Onsite event management including setup coordination and breakdown while ensuring a high-quality attendee experience.
