No prior mortgage experience is required the training is on us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of new B2B partnerships by connecting with potential partners provided by our team.
• Learn and apply effective relationship-building strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to team goals while developing your individual skills and expertise in the mortgage industry.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, comfortable environment. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Recent graduate (preferred) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Associate's degree (required)
