They invest heavily in BIM, VDC, drone mapping, and prefabrication , giving their Superintendents real visibility, support, and the technology to deliver projects smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

They’ve earned a stellar reputation for quality, integrity, and repeat business , generating roughly $300M annually with a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, multifamily, healthcare, K12 and high-end hospitality design-build projects . The leadership team is hands-on, approachable, and intentional about maintaining a culture where field leaders are trusted and valued.

They’re now looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent — someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, and safe jobsite, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely backs their field staff.

Highlights

• High-visibility role reporting directly to ownership and project leadership
• All work is local — no travel or hotel rotations
• Projects are properly staffed and supported , ensuring realistic schedules and quality delivery

• Competitive base salary ( $125,000–$160,000 ) + annual bonus (15–20%)
