Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for working with children and families? Red Oak Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists to join our dynamic school-based team. Help kids thrive in and out of the classroom while enjoying work-life balance, professional growth, and the support you deserve.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support student success
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Receive ongoing supervision toward independent licensure
- Document services promptly (within 48 hours)

Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family TherapyLicensed in Ohio (LSW, PC, MFT, LISW, PCC, IMFT)Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and familiesStrong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsPassion for community mental health and trauma-informed careUnique Requirements
Due to the clinical focus of this position, this employee must maintain a minimum of $1,000,000.00 / $3,000,000.00 professional malpractice liability insurance.
