Jefferson Healthcare is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical RN Coordinator to join our Orthopedic Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily guidance to the nursing staff, including task assignment, ensuring quality standards are met, conducting new employee onboarding, and providing ongoing education for current staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for the daily patient triage for the clinic and conducting Nurse visits when necessary. What you'll need :

  • Current Washington State RN license in good standing
  • Current AHA BLS / CPR (for Healthcare Providers) required
  • Two years of experience in a hospital / clinical environment preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
