Prose Kent has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

A new apartment community in the heart of Kent is now open! Spacious luxury apartments in Kent, WA-with air conditioning in every home, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, quartz countertops, and wood-style flooring. Experience thoughtful living with convenient amenities designed for you.

This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00.

Additional Compensation :

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
