Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Sanford, FL. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement business strategies, and execute financial and budgetary plans. They will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing company performance, and working closely with other executive team members to meet company goals.

• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving financial goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
• MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
• Leadership and cultivating teams
• Experience in manufacturing
• Construction background is a plus
