Job descriptionExperience in customer service, account management, or project management (printing / mailing / display graphics knowledge is a plus). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good with details, organization, and time management. Comfortable handling several projects at once in a busy environment. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar tools. A steady, long-term career opportunity. Competitive pay. Health Insurance Support : We don’t provide a company health plan, but we do cover 50% of the monthly premium for your individual health insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO) : Vacation : After 1 year – 12 hours of prorated PTO. After 2 years – 40 hours of PTO each year. After 3 years – 80 hours of PTO each year. Vacation time doesn’t roll over and can’t be cashed out if unused. Sick Time : 24 hours of sick pay each year. Sick time doesn’t roll over and can’t be cashed out if unused. Meant for unexpected days off. 401(k) Retirement Plan : Available after 1 year of work or 1,000 hours (whichever comes first). Must be at least 21 years old to join. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping projects organized, this role may be a great fit for you. At Alta, we’re looking for a Customer Service Project Manager who will work closely with our customers and staff to make sure every project moves along smoothly from start to finish.
This position is all about service and follow-through. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, keeping their needs in focus while making sure information flows clearly between sales, production, shipping, and billing.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main contact for your customers.
- Turn customer requests and sales notes into clear instructions for production.
- Manage projects from beginning to end.
- Keep an eye on schedules, deliveries, and billing details.
- Solve problems quickly and professionally when issues come up.
- Work side by side with coworkers to make sure quality and deadlines are met.
- Support projects in print, mailing, and display graphics.
